The conference’s official language is English. All papers must be written in English and must be formatted MS Word according to the following instructions. In addition, all papers should be no less than 4 pages in length and must be written in strict accordance with the format. Shorter papers should not be included in the journal.
Template
A. Template for Conference Proceeding (Full Length Papers Only)
Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference. Accepted papers will be published in proceeding (Indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, Inspec, CPCI, etc).
Page Limit: Each paper should be more than 5 full pages normally, including all figures, tables, and references.
Extra Pag: Extra pages will be charged at $50 (US dollars) per extra page

B. Template for Abstract Proceeding (Abstracts Only)
For those who are only interested in attendance and making an oral or poster presentation,

Please note that the abstracts submitted for attendance will not be published in any journals. The Conference Abstract Proceedings is for communication purpose only.
Review Process
Our Review Process is Based on Double-Blind Peer-Review
We recommend peer double blind review for all papers before publication. The conference’s Technical Program Committee, nominated by the Technical Program Chair, collaborates to review and discuss submitted papers. The anonymity of the reviewer ensures that the reviewer can give an honest and impartial evaluation of the paper.
Initial Check
Initial manuscript evaluation The Chair TPC first evaluates all manuscripts. It is possible for an exceptional manuscript to be accepted at this stage. Manuscripts rejected at this stage are insufficiently original, have serious scientific flaws, have poor grammar or English language, or are outside the aims and scope of the Conference. Those that meet the minimum criteria are normally passed on to review “Novelty and Originality, Scientific Soundness, Importance and Impact on the Research Area, Relevance to the Conference and Completeness of Presentation”.
Each reviewer will be assigned to not exceed 3 papers. The time required for the review process is dependent on the response of the referees, usually 2-4weeks for one paper reviewing.
Decision and Revision
Authors will get notified after the peer review process.
ACCEPT
The paper is accepted and do not need any modification.
ACCEPT WITH MINOR REVISION
The paper will be accepted after minor revision. In this case, the reviewed paper will only be reviewed by the editor.
MAJOR REVISION NEEDED
The paper will be sent to be reviewed by the original reviewers.
REJECT
The paper will not be accepted due to major deficiencies. And it is not recommended to be resubmitted.
