Building on the success of previous editions, the 5th International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Next Generation Networks (ICNGN 2026) is scheduled to be held from December 12-14, 2026, in Hong Kong, China.
Since its inception in 2022 in Hangzhou, China, ICNGN has developed into an international forum for researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to exchange ideas and present the latest advances in intelligent computing and next-generation network technologies. The conference has steadily expanded its international participation and academic influence over the years.
In 2023, the conference, supported by IEEE (ID 59831), took place in Hangzhou once again. Sponsored by IEEE Communications Society, ICNGN 2024 was was marked by fruitful discussions and productive outcomes in Bangkok, Thailand. Continuing with the support of the IEEE Communications Society, ICNGN 2025 was successfully held in Singapore, further expanding the conference's international reach and academic impact.
Continuing the strong support of the IEEE Communications Society, ICNGN 2026 will once again serve as a premier platform for researchers, academics, and industry professionals to present innovative research, exchange ideas, and foster collaborations in intelligent computing and next-generation network technologies.
